This page is intended to give a basic Idea of some of my fees but, should not be considered definitive for every situation. Understand that there are innumerable combinations of projects and environmental variables that will be factored to arrive at a fare price for your project.
There has to be a minimum. Minimum of $100.00 has to be required.
The rates posted below are intended for work scheduled through January 2006. Please be sure to check this page during your decision making as, these rates may change on any work not already scheduled.
Hourly: $40.00 per hour
Daily: 8 hours $250.00
Flat Rate: I prefer the honesty associated with an hourly rate. This allows you
flexibility for design build or changes along the way. But, I can bid some work on a flat rate, once the
scope of work is agreed upon by both parties. My Bid will include all materials,
labor and incidentals. Where materials are included in the price, the terms have
to be 60% down and 40%
upon completion. I look forward to providing you a detailed bid on your project.
Acceptable methods of payment are cash, check, or major credit card
Work described as Consultant, Owners Advocate, Realtors Carpenter, Rental Upkeep, and Storm damage Emergency board up listed on the List of Services page are all done on a negotiated fee.
