Framing
The home owner had pulled his permits and was well on his way to working this project. Then the Mrs. was pregnant and the rules changed. They called me in to help complete the project as their time grew short quickly. Due to the uneven floor we had to stick frame this basement. I also built chases around the ducts in the ceiling. Built a 10 foot long toy chest along the wall lined with melamine and hermetically sealed.
We hung the sheetrock taped 3 coats and textured this basement in 10 work days. The owners were able to save 45 percent on the sheetrock alone. This basement used 74 sheets of sheetrock not one sheet went up without a hole or cut in it. I am especially proud of the chases built round the air ducts in the ceilings.
2nd bedroom remodel frame, sheetrock, tape & Prime paint. Hardwood floor and millwork = crown mold, picture rail, window trim, door and baseboard.
Living room demo floor walls. Smooth finish veneer ceiling insulate/re-hang rock on walls smooth finish all rock.
