Water damage repair
The homeowners went out of town and returned to the kitchen ceiling falling down due to a water leak on the 2nd floor. Estimates started at 700.00 to repair the sheetrock. We fixed the ceiling but also added 5 mini can lights and remove the old section of Sofit/bulkhead over the cabinets whereby opening up the two rooms even more. It was a much needed update. Additionally they love the smooth wall ceiling job and are considering doing the entire 1st floor ceiling smooth as well.
We hung the sheetrock taped and sanded smooth. Blended in the old rock and delineated the dining/kitchen ceiling from the living ceiling.
